The Chicken Breasts we supply are guaranteed no water or chemicals injected.

The Chicken Breasts are 7-8oz skinless and Boneless and because they have no water injected they will shrink much less when cooked.

They also cooked slightly faster and will be more tender than the supermarket breasts you maybe used too.

The Whole Chickens we supply are Yorkshire Reared and Free Range again no injected water or chemicals.

Fresh Chicken Legs are large, approximately 5/6 to a 5lb order, proportionately more meat than most chicken legs but still very tender.

Frozen minor parts including drums, thighs

The rest of our poultry year round is sourced for it’s quality.

No poultry which has been injected with water or chemicals or that has been enhanced with extra fats is supplied by us at anytime of year.
