Freshness is crucially important for fish

So what happens every day that we deliver our buyer will be at work at 3 o’clock in the morning at his base on Grimsby docks he will select the freshest premium fish to fulfill our orders for that day.

The fish will then be cleaned, filleted and packed on ice in the recyclable boxes we use for our fish.

Our driver will collect the fish he is delivering that day at around lunchtime and he will have it all delivered by 6-30 to 7pm.

So when we say it is fresh we mean it is fresh.
