Our Beef

All our Beef is supplied by our traditional family butcher who supplies us with only Lincolnshire-reared meat.

All of our Beef is traditionally hung for a minimum of 3 weeks.

This ensures that all cuts are extremely tender and have great flavour.

This also means that you will get less shrinkage when cooking and our meat will cook faster.

 All our Beef is cut and packed in the morning ready for delivery the same afternoon.

This means that we have a lot of options to adjust steak and joint sizes to precisely suit your requirements.

  It also means that when we say it is fresh you can be sure it is.
