Product Collection & Delivery System
Our Delivery Schedule: WE don’t require customers to buy from us every week. We visit your area and serve you and your neighbors every six weeks. You will not be pressured to take a delivery every time or buy large quantities; you can order just what you need and can use over each six-week period.
2. Flexible Delivery Times: We work around your schedule for the delivery day and we deliver to your door at a time that suits you on that day. Deliveries run from approx. 1.00 pm until about 6.00 pm, with scheduled hourly slots to minimize waiting time. If your schedule changes on the day we have a number of strategies to ensure you still get your delivery.
3. Order Placement: Our friendly team will contact you a week before we are delivering in your area to organise your order. You can make adjustments based on your needs. This approach ensures that you are neither overstocked nor understocked, reducing food waste and freezer burn.
4. Variety and Quality: You will have the flexibility to vary the type and quantity of products you order each time. This process is designed to ensure you get the best quality and fresh products.

Where Do We Deliver To
1. Delivery Area: Our regular deliveries cover an area bounded by Beverley in the North, Huttoft on the Lincolnshire coast, Conisbrough in South Yorkshire in the West, and Scopwick, Lincolnshire in the South.
2. No Minimum Order & No Delivery Charges: Within this area, individual households generally do not require a minimum order and are not charged for delivery.
3. Local Delivery Group: If you live within this area and wish to order we will work with you to align you with the “local” delivery group, ensuring that products are supplied in appropriate quantities to meet your needs.
4. Deliveries Outside the Area: We also offer deliveries outside the specified area to groups of family, friends, and neighbours who collectively place orders. This service allows for one or two households within the group receive the delivery and further distribute the products to the group members.
5. Group Orders: If you wish to place an order with combined value of £400 or above, whether for friends and family or yourself, please call us on 0800 6 69 60 42 to organize the delivery. (orders over £400 will not charged for delivery)
We strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate various order sizes and delivery arrangements, both within and outside the defined delivery area.
When Do We Deliver To Your Area?
We are as flexible as possible about delivery but we do only deliver using our inhouse delivery team so there are limits to our options.
