Prawn Cocktail: simple and tasty classicaly served in a stemmed glass with a bed of lettuce, our Class 1 Norwegian Cold Water Prawns, Marie Rose sauce combining 10 parts mayonaisse and 1 part tomato ketchup with a splash or two of worcester sauce, a slice of lemon settled on the side of the glass tops it off.

Signature Smoked Salmon: served on a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce, with a dollop of dill mayonaise and buttered brown bread fingers to accompany.

Ckd King Prawns: served on shredded lettuce and carrot with a side of garlic mayonaisse and lemon wedges.

Hot King or Tiger Prawns: sauted in garlic and chilli butter served on a mini bed of rice and with a chilli mayonaisse side.
