LAMB GRILLING

there are a few cuts recognised as being great for grilling.

Classic Lamb Chops are great grilled and ours are always big ones.

Breakfast Chops are a small trimmed version of a full chop and are literally meant for breakfast consumption.

Barnsley Chops are double chops cuts across the saddle without splitting.

Boneless Lamb Steaks are cut from the upper leg of the lamb and are tender tasty and have no bone.

Before cooking always take the joint out of the fridge at least an hour before starting roasting. Alway season beore starting roasting and always pre-heat the oven.
