PORK GRILLING
there are a number of cuts which are really great for grilling using both fresh and cured Pork.
A prime cut for grilling is Pork Chop cut from the loin with the bone in. They can vary quite a bit in size so we offer the option of ordering by the kilo online or by phone or by the number on the phone. (Order 1kg and request a call in the notes)
Pork Loin steaks are another classic from the same place as chops but they are boneless.
Pork Belly is a fattier cut that makes an excellent tasty budget meal which can be easily prepared under the grill or in the air fryer.
Gammon Steaks are a classic served with fried egg or pineapple ring the tang of the pineapple works really well with the more salty flavour of the Gammon.
Before cooking always take the cuts out of the fridge at least an hour before starting cooking. Always season before starting cooking and adjust seasoning before serving.
