Shellfish

we supply most of our shellfish frozen; this is to ensuret you have a supply with consistent quality and availability. Unlisted Fresh shellfish is available intermittently please ask if this is your preference.

Mussel Meat only supplied cooked by the kg with no waste or fiddling for edible parts. Simply defrost in the required quantity and add to the dish. (Also available fresh or frozen in half shell please ask)

Cockle Meat only, cooked and packed by the kg. Simply defrost the required amount and use without waste.

Fresh Oysters local supply always Fresh and alive. Serve raaw or cook to suit the dish you are preparing. Care required when opening.(Min.10)

Fresh/Frozen Dressed Crabs local crabs prepared in Grimsby and dressedback into shells. Small over supplies do get frozen to cover for lack of availibility. (Will arrive frozen if they have been frozen).
